Built by students who couldn'tstop talking about a mountain.
Discover Kedarnath started as a student digital-marketing project with a simple brief: pick a place worth loving, and build a website good enough to make other people love it too. We chose Kedarnath — because once you have walked those sixteen kilometres above the Mandakini, no other answer made sense.
This site answers one question: why should you love and visit Kedarnath? Our answer comes in three parts — the heritage of one of Hinduism's most revered shrines, the trek that earns it, and the high Himalayan nature that holds both.
We keep the guide honest: no invented prices, no sponsored recommendations, no brand promotions. Where rules and dates change season to season, we say so and point you to official sources. And we hold one belief above all — that a yatra should leave the valley exactly as beautiful as it found it.
Check official sources for current yatra rules and dates.
